Dimitrios is a highly skilled and experienced practitioner of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). He is an accredited member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), the primary professional body for CBT therapists in the UK and Ireland, as well as the European Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Therapies (EABCT). Additionally, he is a qualified Integrative Counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), the European Association for Counselling (EAC), and the British Association for Performing Arts Medicine (BAPAM).

Dimitrios has obtained two postgraduate diplomas in the field of psychotherapy, having been honoured with scholarships. In 2017, he received a Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the esteemed School of Psychology at the University of East London. In 2020, he completed another PGDip in Cognitive-Behavioural Psychotherapy (CBT) from Royal Holloway, University of London, one of the most prestigious and highly-ranked academic institutions in the United Kingdom and Europe.

Over several years, Dimitrios has gained extensive experience in the mental health field, providing professional services to a diverse range of individuals from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds. He has worked in a variety of settings, including hospitals, medical centres, drug and alcohol services, military campuses, schools, and universities. Additionally, Dimitrios has collaborated with highly accredited organisations, charities, and institutions such as the English National Healthcare System (NHS), MIND, and Change Grow Live (CGL).

Dimitrios works under close supervision, collaborates effectively with other mental health professionals, and follows the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidelines. He also keeps up to date with the latest developments in CBT and integrative psychotherapy through continuous professional development (CPD) activities and dedicated study.
